All coffee are shipped whole bean unless specified at check out.
Return & Refund Policy
Since coffee and tea is a perishable product and all our beans are roasted to order, we do not accept returns or give refunds. If there is an error with your order or if you are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact us by email as we would like to work with you to resolve any issues. If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged merchandise must be reported within one week of delivery.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and want you to let us know if you are having a problem with the coffee beans or tea that you purchased. We cannot accept returns for reasons outside of a mistake on our part or damage in shipping.
